GENERAL: We only accept Visa and MasterCard and there is a minimum order of $10.00.

PRIVACY POLICY: Your transactions are safe, we use Secure Socket Lay (SSL) Protection to protect your orders. This means your personal information is scrambled (encrypted) as it travels over the Internet. That way your name, address, credit card number, etc., cannot be read by a third party. And, we do not permanently store credit card information on this site. Your browser will display icons to indicate when you have arrived at a secure page.

In addition, access to your account is always protected by a personal password of your choice. We will never share your personal information, including your email address, to anyone for any reason.

RETURN POLICY: All returns must be received by us within 60 days of the invoice date. They must be unused and if possible, in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the order or invoice. NOTE: There is a 15% return fee on all items returned. The only exception to the above will be a clearly, defective product. For sanitary reasons, whistles and CPR pocket masks cannot be returned.

SALES TAX: Florida residents and flotilla’s pay sales tax on all items except Education Courses.

SHIPPING: There are no shipping charges.

ORDERS: Back-ordered items will not be charged to your credit card until actually shipped.
