General Information

AUXINFO contains a wealth of information that is useful to members, however it requires a substantial amount of navigation to drill down to the Division, Flotilla and Member level. The reports in this website provide a number of general one-click reports for officers and members that allows bypassing the drill down process.

Once you have run a report, you can easily select additional constraints. For example, selecting the current year in the Member Activities and Hours reports allows you to see how many hours you have spent working on each activity so far this year. And by clicking on your name in the same report, you will see only your information.

AUXDATA contains data from 2002 on. All of the reports use only AUDATA information and do not contain any data from before 2002. You can get AUXMIS cube in regular Auninfo that shows activity from 1996, there is no on-line data available before that date.

AUXINFO Reports

To print reports from this site, you must save the file as either a PDF, CVS or Excel file.    Once you have the report up, go to the bottom menu, then click on the sheet icon (next to the big ?).  Select PDF, CVS or Excel, click.  You can save to your computer or you can print the file once it comes up.

Missing Information

Contact your Information Services Officer (FSO-IS) if you notice any information that is not showing up on the reports. Remember that AUXINFO is only updated once a week from AUXDATA, so updates could take a week before you see the result on the reports.

The information you are looking for may be on a second screen if the report is long or too wide. Click the single down arrow in the bottom left row of the report to view the rows on the next page down. Click the single right arrow in the far right column of the report to view the columns on the next page to the right.

If you are looking for hours that were entered between 1996 and 2002 and have changed flotilla membership, you may need to check the reports for your old flotilla.

Report Problems

Email the webmaster if you notice a report that is not working or if you have a technical question about the website.

Additional Reports

If the report that you would like to see is not available on this site, you are encouraged to design the report in AUXINFO. You can save the report and run it whenever you wish. If you believe your report would be extremely useful to a wide number of members throughout the District, you can contact DSO-IS to request that the webmaster add your report on this site.
