Admiral Allen's address to the DC Propeller Club

This document is a transcript of the COMDT's address to the DC Propeller Club on 19 September 2007.  The document is in Adobe and is 34 pages of script, but is double spaced and about 63 KB in length.

The thrust of Admiral Allen's address is that of a heightened focus, growth, and emphasis on Marine Safety as a major program for the CG. Much of this growth will have to come from the partnership the CG has with the Auxiliary.
